Work Health & Safety Officers

NSW, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania

We have several contract positions available for enthusiastic WHS officers or WHS consultants  based in NSW, Queensland, Victoria and Tasmania. Key features include:

  • Short term contractual roles
  • 1 – 6 weeks projects
  • Daily rate of $300 + travel allowance

TPM Company is a leading provider in business and WHS compliance consulting services to clients in a variety of industries from small medium enterprises to non-profit organisations.


We are looking for individuals who are able to take on short-term contractual roles to visit our clients’ sites to conduct WHS assessments and prepare structured reports for our clients, with a view to implementing a robust WHS framework for our clients, including workplace consultation, risk assessment and management training. Types of sites include offices, facilities, work sites and more.

Your role includes:

  • setting appointments with our clients for site visits
  • conducting site assessments and hazard identification
  • conducting client interviews
  • preparing reports
  • facilitate implementation of corrective actions


To be considered for this role, you will possess the following:

  • Degree in Work Health and Safety or equivalent
  • Experience in a similar role
  • Experience in conducting risk assessments and incident investigations
  • Knowledge of Australian standards in WHS and risk assessment
  • Current drivers licence and willingness to travel to regional locations
  • High level of report writing skills, attention to detail and analytical skills
  • Excellent time management skills including the ability to balance competing priorities and meet strict deadlines with excellent attention to detail
